George, The increasing complexity of the technology included in all new cars sometimes requires the Technician to work closer with the customer to insure that the problem is correctly identified, and most of all, resolved. I am glad that Nick made sure to get the technician quickly involved and that with all of your close coordination found a satisfactory resolution.
