Too much pressure trying to sell optional service at a very high amount. I would rather go some where else. Same problem not fixed..TMPS does not work when it should (flat tire)...they say we will look very high amount. I would rather go some where else. Same problem not fixed..TMPS does not work when it should (flat tire)...they say we will look into it...Ha when? $35 to fix a nail in tire !!! where every other dealer provide it free as courtesy (since we purchased car from the). I see no customer loyalty. Will not step foot there again. More

Great customer service from Nick. They took a look at my vehicle to see if everything was okay with it... While waiting in the showroom I received a video from the Tech explaining that my vehicle was in goo vehicle to see if everything was okay with it... I brought my 2020 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring to Sport Mazda to perform a recall replacement of the power lift gate control module. As always, the service was courteous, quick and professional. In addition to to perform a recall replacement of the power lift gate control module. As always, the service was courteous, quick and professional. In addition to the recall service, a routine examination of my vehicle (all fluids and tire pressure) was check and addressed as needed and a video of the service was made and sent to me for my review. Nick Radoslavov, my Service Advisor, was outstanding as always. Nick is always attentive, courteous and professional. There is no other place I would go to service my Mazda vehicles than Sport Mazda. More
