I apologize for the unexpected wait time. We work very hard to make sure all appointments receive the service required in the shortest time and then work non-appointments into the rotation as quickly as we can. Staffing is always a concern and we try very hard to make sure Saturday, which is always a busy time, has the necessary staff to meet all service needs. If it took longer than usual when you were in, please know that it was certainly not because we wanted to provide you anything less than our best.
