Called and took the car for repairs. the window problem was fixed with a new switch control. The radio was found defective and I had to wait for one to be sent to the dealer. It arrived and Darlene, the woman to go to if you really want things done and who knows what is going on at the shop, called. Sure enough, the problem solved and the car is running well. I will give this one to the grandson who is staring college soon. Thanks for the service well done and when the time comes I will be looking at another Forester. More

I could not be more disappointed from the lack of customer support exhibited by the Sports Subaru South management. After purchasing my second Subaru from this dealership, I have been treated unfairl customer support exhibited by the Sports Subaru South management. After purchasing my second Subaru from this dealership, I have been treated unfairly and disregarded. During the process of filling out the paperwork, we noticed that there was a mistake with my name written on the contract. The Finance Manager pulled the information from old files. We informed the person that the name was incorrect and he stated that corrections were made to the contract. After the transaction was completed, I received the vehicle registration with the correct information. However, on July 22, 2020, I received another vehicle registration, but this time with my son’s name on it, and a different title number. Concerned about the issue I have attempted several times to contact someone at the dealership for guidance to rectify the problem, however, I have been blatantly ignored. This dealership inactions reflects the little value towards good customers. It is clear that this dealership only care for the quick sale and not to establish a good relationship with the local customers that would like to support jobs and support the local economy. It is a shame that this dealership disregard and show very little respect to a War Veteran and a Hispanic customer in our area. More
