"Professional, Honest, Helpful & Trustworthy"

Steve from Service was an absolute pleasure to work with when I had problems with my 2010 Prius. He clearly described all repair options to me and helped me chose the best path forward. He was sensitive to the rather high repair costs and helped me get the best price possible. He was friendly, personal, and truly concerned about providing me the best care for my car at the fairest price. I would recommend Steve to anyone! Thanks! A+ Rating!

"Check Engine Light"

I was coming into Cheyenne Wy on my way to North Dakota when I got a check engine light, I immediately called Spradley Barr Ford service department and was very lucky they were open till 4pm on a Saturday. After a very short wait they fixed the issue with the MAF (Master Air Flow) Sensor and I was back on my way. Excellent service department!!!!

"Service Department"

- Not Happy

The Service Department does not answer calls and does not respond to messages timely. I tired to get an update on my vehicle for 3 days with no response. After driving to the shop, I was told, "I just retrieved my messages." While I did receive an apology, I find this level of service discouraging. When looking for a new vehicle, I was reluctant to buy from this Dealership because a year ago, Hyundai was not interested in my business but we bought a new Edge anyway. I am very disappointed that this Dealership does not treat me as valued customer. I have choices where to take my business and it won't be Spradley Barr Cheyenne in the future.

"Excellent Service"

Our experience with Spradley Barr Ford Service Department could not have been better. My cousin and I were returning to Colorado after a big game hunt in Wyoming. Pulling a fifth wheel, his truck (2001 F250 7.3 Power Stroke) began to have problems about 35 miles north of Cheyenne on Hwy 85. We had to drop the trailer on the side of the highway and sputter into Cheyenne. Arriving at Spradley Barr around 4:00pm on Tuesday October 16. We were met in the service department with Curtis Higgins and a mechanic named Zach. Curtis immediately got it back and Zach began to check it out. Zach and master mechanic Don explained what they thought the problem was and went the extra mile to confirm the problem. Scott Rudolphi approached us to assure that we were being taken care of and supported in our emergency. Unfortunately, but understandably, the repair could not be done that afternoon. We spent the night at Little America with the discount Spradley Barr provided and was promised to get the truck in and repaired as soon as possible the next morning. We were met the next morning at 7:45 in the service department by Curtis, Zach, and Don ready to go to work on the truck. We were shuttled back to the hotel to await the repairs. As soon as the repair was done we were picked up by the shuttle and taken back to the service department to pickup the truck. We were able to retrieve the trailer and make it home without any further mechanical problems.

"Excellent repair service"

We are very grateful to Mike Nielson, Curtis Higgins, and Josh McGurn. We are former Wyoming residents who now live in North Carolina. While visiting family in Wyominng our Ford F150 died on the interstate 10 miles north of Cheyenne. A call to Curtis at Spradley Barr demonstrated service and knowledge right from the start. He had a good idea of what the problem might be and said if we could get the pickup towed to them they would put it on the computer the next day. The problem was just what Curtis expected and it was repaired the next morning. That allowed us to keep a very important appointment with grandchildren in Montana. The willingness just to look at the pickup so quickly is rare and unexpected. We were even able to schedule in an oil change at such short notice. We have driven Fords for many years now in different parts of the country and this is the best service we have ever experienced. Cheyenne is fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable service team.

"vacation emergency"

Coming from out of state, it is not a great day when your check engine light comes on. We went to the dealer and they determined that it was a fuel sensor reading. During the next several days, we had contact with Justin, who kept us apprised with the trucks progress. Thank you, Justin! The only reason I gave 4/5 is that I think all service centers should be aware that out of state, unplanned emergencies need to be dealt with in a timely manner. Sitting in the waiting room on the day we picked up the truck, we heard a conversation when a mechanic was told not to come in. Knowing that the sensor probably took less than a half hour, and knowing mechanics go by the book of how long something takes, someone like this could have been called in and the dealer would still have made money. Overall, Justin made it a good experience.

"Above and Beyond Customer Service"

We needed to purchase a license plate bracket and have it installed on the vehicle. After purchasing it at the parts department, we asked the service department for an appointment . However, they installed the bracket then and there while we waited- at No Charge! They even washed my vehicle! Customer service was outstanding!! Thank you.
