Coming from out of state, it is not a great day when your check engine light comes on. We went to the dealer and they determined that it was a fuel sensor reading. During the next several days, we had contact with Justin, who kept us apprised with the trucks progress. Thank you, Justin!
The only reason I gave 4/5 is that I think all service centers should be aware that out of state, unplanned emergencies need to be dealt with in a timely manner. Sitting in the waiting room on the day we picked up the truck, we heard a conversation when a mechanic was told not to come in. Knowing that the sensor probably took less than a half hour, and knowing mechanics go by the book of how long something takes, someone like this could have been called in and the dealer would still have made money. Overall, Justin made it a good experience.
