Ambrosio Rodriguez assisted me with my recent problem with the front axle. He was diligent and appraised the issue I was having and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Ambrosio scheduled my retu with the front axle. He was diligent and appraised the issue I was having and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Ambrosio scheduled my return for both the seat belt recall issue and to repair/replace the front axle. He also described how detailing would remove the water/mineral spots on the exterior. Excellent suggestion! I am so pleased with the results I got at Spreen Honda and now my car looks like new! Ambrosio always listened carefully as I explained my concerns and offered excellent advice. He has an extensive knowledge of the autos and answered any questions I asked with clarity. Ambrosio was very friendly and professional, always with a smile. Worst experience ever. Was given a price on Truecar. Emailed Spreen with agreed upon price. Drove two hours to dealership.
