Brought in for oil change and alignment. Got home and noticed that the oil life light was not reset (interesting that you wrote down on paperwork that the warning lights were checked). Called to ask how noticed that the oil life light was not reset (interesting that you wrote down on paperwork that the warning lights were checked). Called to ask how to do it. Service rep said to try one way if I had certain buttons. I do not have the info button so called back and left message for him to tell me how to fix (I do not want to spend an hour bringing it in for a 2 min fix). He did not call, leave a text message or email. Went online and found method on You Tube. It is not very reassuring that you even check if all the work was done and done correctly. Makes me wonder about Spreen service. More
