Ric was fantastic! He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He kept me informed as to the status of my car all the way through the process. Spoke with Ashlee Rea over the phone. She was very pushy to have me go into the dealership after explaining to her that I have 3 small children and I live over 50 miles away. I didn't want to waste her time to have me go into the dealership after explaining to her that I have 3 small children and I live over 50 miles away. I didn't want to waste her time or my time driving to the dealership without a written estimate or an agreed upon price. Obviously, she refused and disregarded my request. Their website advertised COVID virtual appointments and she didn't even offer that. She only wanted me in the dealership before she would even give any numbers. TERRIBLE SALES REP! More
