I have used Spreen Honda for the last 4 cars my family drive. The service department is staffed with helpful personnel. On my last visit I had Jim the service manager went above and beyond to try and fix drive. The service department is staffed with helpful personnel. I had to have my A/C repaired, their was a recall it but somehow was applied to my car. Then they wanted to charge me $1,500 for the repairs even though I bought an extended warranty.
