Gave him a specific list of what we wanted; they had to do a dealer trade to get our color, but met every single one of our needs, including trade-in allowance on our backward lease, cost & monthly payment. ALL VIA TEXT, except for emailing copies of our DL and registration to him. Walked in today, signed contracts, out the door and on the road. And we didn't even have to talk to one of those middle guys who make you uncomfortable trying to wring extra dollars out of your wallet. The three things you need to watch out for in a lease--money factor, residual and lease price vs. purchase price, were all excellent. Highly recommend this dealership. More
