This was the most comfortable car purchase I've made in decades. There was some give and take on both sides, but that always happens. Kellsea in Finance was also great, and caught a stock number/VIN discrepancy that would have spelled trouble for us later with DMV or police. Spreen loses a star for the sales supervisor--the guy who comes out to wangle price and close the deal. Everyone knows these dudes are the clever manipulators, right? Don't know his name, but they knew we needed 15K annual mileage on our lease and TWICE tried to sneak a lower limit by us without informing us: once at the sales desk and then again in Finance. Once could be a mistake. Twice, no way. Fortunately we caught it both times, and they changed it back both times. This was downright shady. But the two on the front lines, Tom and Kellsea were both great ambassadors for Spreen and I highly recommend them. Thank you! More
