I came in to get a "15 minute" professional appraisal of my trade-in. I had "arranged" that appraisal beforehand. I made it clear from the start that was why I was there. They had to get some information about me and the car, and surrender the keys so it could be appraised. The appraisal would be dependent on what car I was interested in buying, so I produced the 2 emails from you showing what i was looking for at a mid 23 price. But I didn't qualify for 2 of those discounts, so the price was higher. All in all, not a good experience. More
