Disappointed buyer Very polite and professional. However, the paint insurance I was "forced" to buy with the brand new 2019 Pilot does not cover couple scratches my car Very polite and professional. However, the paint insurance I was "forced" to buy with the brand new 2019 Pilot does not cover couple scratches my car has. Service person mentioned that if we want to get it fixed, it can cost about 1500 bucks because they need to paint the whole door . Very disappointed. More

They track all the work done on your car using Honda online so they can pull it up to see what's been done and what's needed for routine maintenance.
