Everything was ALMOST good, until I drove home. My car was in for a 30,000 mile major service, and therefore cost me a pretty penny. I have always had great experiences with Spreen Honda’s Service c My car was in for a 30,000 mile major service, and therefore cost me a pretty penny. I have always had great experiences with Spreen Honda’s Service center , until this past experience. By far it was the most i have ever paid for a service and the technician did not bother to bolt back in the 15 Missing bolts where my splash guard and bumper met. Therefore my splash guard began to scrape against the road and did not make it any easier to make it back the following day to fix their mistake. My anger is not towards the negligence of the technician but rather the fact that i was allowed to drive the car off the lot in the condition it was in. If the splash guard had come off on the road and hit another vehicle I wouldve been responsible for their mistake. I don’t believe this is acceptable in any way, shape , or form. Personally i don’t seek any compensation but if i had been the type to , it would’ve been a worse situation. More

Asked for a shuttle never got one. No complementary car wash Went in for a oil change. Asked for a shuttle waited for 30 with no update or concern had to purchase an Uber back to work, because I couldn’t wait lo Went in for a oil change. When I picked up the vehicle they performed the oil change and multipoint inspection, but failed to wash the exterior of the vehicle which is complementary with the basic oil change. More

Ric was our technician, he was very knowledgeable and very helpful, he knew exactly how to help, we had a bit of a wait for the car being the it was a Ric was our technician, he was very knowledgeable and very helpful, he knew exactly how to help, we had a bit of a wait for the car being the it was a Saturday, but the crew made it not seem so long, I had my daughter with us, the play area has a movie and it was over she went to one of the guys, and he went outta his way to make sure she was ok. On the was home when we were getting ready to to go, the valet attendant saw that we were kinda hot out in the heat and promptly offered a cold water bottle! Great service, Glad I chose spreen! More
