Please do not buy car in transit from this dealership! We purchased a car on July 3 with the arrival window of July 8 - 12; Car did not arrive on July 12, and the window was moved to July 10 -14; Car did We purchased a car on July 3 with the arrival window of July 8 - 12; Car did not arrive on July 12, and the window was moved to July 10 -14; Car did not arrive on July 14; and I was informed that window was moved to July 15 - July 19 ! I understand that the dealer does not have control of the shipment, but if dealers do not know the exact arrival date of the vehicles, they should not be offering to sell cars in transit! We are paying for overpriced car that is not delivered on time! Interest has started to be charged on the car loan for a car that we do not have yet. To make the situation worse, we are renting a car, and was willing to rent up to July 12. I called the dealership if they can help out with the rental costs after July 12 up to the arrival of the car, and they said no. Their reason is that I declined their offer to use the car that we traded in. Had I known that the new car would not arrive on July 12, I would have gone to other dealership! There are costs involved with the delayed arrival and the buyers should not be shouldering these costs, this is not fair to buyers like me. More
