Rachelle is great but everything I bring my car there lately, there is always a problem with service. I brought my Pilot Saturday for an oil change and transmission fluid service. I bring it home and their is now dirty oil all of very my garage floor. Your technicians are not paying attention to what they are doing and are making stupid mistakes that can really cost me. Also, it is ridiculous that you are now charging such a huge fee for people to pay with credit card. More

Johnny was great! My issue was being told of the credit card use fee of 2.70% which I declined and used another form of payment.
