great experience I came to Springfield to purchase a certified used vehicle with a friend about one month ago. I was initially supposed to meet with another sales woma I came to Springfield to purchase a certified used vehicle with a friend about one month ago. I was initially supposed to meet with another sales woman, but Joe greeted me at the door, so I worked with him instead. I came in wating to get one car, but Joe made a few reccommedations that were better for my budget. The transaction was running very smoothly, until which reached an insurance hiccup (which was entirely my fault). That one problem turned the two hour visit into a six hour visit. Joe was very patient and understanding the whole time, we let the time pass by exchanging recipes. The only thing that I am dissapointed in is that my two back tire sensors do not work, which was not disclosed to me prior to buying the vehicle. I would highly reccommend Joe to anyone looking to purchasing a car. More
