WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT - DO NOT GO
My car was in the group of cars with an engine recall. Unfortunately the engine basically blew up the one day as I was headed to ski in the Pocono Mountains. I used my Hyundai Care to get free towing (which I thought was great) had my car's engine replaced in Allentown since it was the furthest they would tow my car back to my house. A week later I found that my coolant was constantly low and needing to be refilled (2 times in one week), WHICH NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE MY ENGINE WAS REPLACED. I took my car to my normal dealership (Springfield Hyundai) and AJ, their service department manager, told me they wouldn't even look at the engine without charging me $120. And if they found something that was the fault of the Allentown dealership they would charge me, and I would have to fight with the Allentown dealership to get my money back. SUCH A RIP OFF WHEN THE ENGINE PROBLEMS ARE A KNOWN PROBLEM. DO NOT GO DO NOT GO!!!! I have been going to this Hyundai for service SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR (now at 60k miles), and they still treated me like this. Guess the thousands of dollars in business means nothing to them.
EDIT: just so everyone knows reading this.. I called the Allentown Hyundai and explained my problem with Springfield Hyundai. Allentown Hyundai said they were surprised another dealership would ever treat a customer this badly and would happily check on the problem for me free of charge, (offered to change my oil and windshield wiper fluid for free while they were at it.) JUST GOES TO SHOW HOW BAD SPRINGFIELD HYUNDAI IS!
