Willie worked with his General Manager, Oscar until we found an agreement. Keith took over at that point working on the necessary paperwork which was sent to Oscar, the GM who was also acting as Financial Director the day I went in. Willie and Keith were there during this entire process while Oscar prepared the documents for me to sign. Oscar was able to negotiate an even lower interest rate for me, for which I am greatly appreciative!
