Driving 62 miles was no small feat so I asked Jeremy up front could my car be delivered and he said yes. I had two problems: First I found out on the anticipated day of delivery, they usually don't deliver that far away, but the dealership backed up Jeremy and only one day later then expected, they delivered. The second issue was not having the tire change components with my vehicle. After speaking with the sales manager Manny, that was squared away and it was shipped immediately. Lazy Liars I contacted St. Charles CDJ (salesman Frank) regarding a preowned vehicle I found online. Spoke on the phone, and via text. Since it was a 90+ minut I contacted St. Charles CDJ (salesman Frank) regarding a preowned vehicle I found online. Spoke on the phone, and via text. Since it was a 90+ minute drive to get there, I wanted an honest description of the vehicle's condition. I SPECIFICALLY asked about what looked like a dent in the front fender in one of the photos. I SPECIFICALLY asked Frank to have a look himself and confirm PRIOR to me making the drive. He texted me that it was just a scuff, not a dent. So I made the drive only to find a rather large dent as I feared, plus a second dent in the rear fender. Frank would have seen it had he got up and walked the 25 yards to look. Instead, he blamed his porters, etc. That slimy used car salesman cost me 3+ hours and $25 worth of gas and tolls. More
