We went into the dealership not knowing exactly what we wanted. It was a very cold and windy day but Andy went out on the lot and brought up four different cars for us to drive. We settled on an Altima which suited our needs perfectly. Then came the pricing. Our first offer was accepted and that was that. I've had very bad experiences with car dealers before but this was an absolute no brainer. We had just left a dealer in Wentzville and the salesman was a perfect jerk so I wasn't in the best of moods when I got to St Charles Nissan but Andy quickly changed that. Overall, a 100% delightful car buying experience. There was no financing but Cathy made the paperwork a painless effort. I will recommend Andy and Cathy to all my friends and family. More

A Breath of Fresh Air: My son was looking for a low price, good quality used car. We had been to a few dealers that we hadn't felt like were willing to work within his budget. Greg was different. He worked with my son (the other dealers only wanted to speak to us, his parents). After my son told Greg his budget, Greg drove us through the lot pointing out all the cars that he would be able to negotiate into our price range. It was freezing cold, close to closing on a Saturday evening. He was willing to stay and get everything done so that my son could drive off the lot in his "new" car that evening. I would definitely recommend this dealership and when you get there make sure you ask for Greg. More
