"Karen helped me each THREE times I came in for the SAME..."

Karen helped me each THREE times I came in for the SAME problem. She was kind, no problems really with her. My problem is with the fact I have brought my car in THREE times and my car is STILL making the same noise. They greased the crap out of my brake pads to try and stop the squealing noise, which caused my brakes to just slide and NOT stop. I am LIVID that I trusted them with my vehicle and it is STILL messed up. I bought my car from nissan and have faithfully had my car serviced there, but NEVER AGAIN will I visit St Charles Nissan and I will leave a bad review EVERY time I come across a site to do so. They thought greasing my brakes would stop the problem, although it caused MORE problems. I am SO unhappy with St Charles Nissan!!!! Clint has always been very helpful though. He's the best, sorry I won't be in anymore to experience your kindness.

Every time I bring my SUV in for a oil change or for any other trouble I always asked for Clint, because I trust him and he has always been friendly to me. Clint has always gone out of his way to make sure I get the best services possible. I will always go to Clint for everything.

I brought my Rogue in to be checked because I had run into a very deep pot hole. I was concerned there may have been damaged to my alignment or wheels/tires. They checked it all out and it was fine. I now feel comfortable that nothing happened that could possibly cause me an accident down the road.

From check-in to completion everyone was courteous, friendly and efficient. I am sorry I do not remember the service advisors name, however, she was in training and was very attentive to my needs. In my opinion she is a keeper. As it was an early morning visit I appreciated the complimentary beverage and snacks . The free car wash and vacuuming was really appreciated.

I have used this dealership since purchasing the car. I am very pleased with their service and have the car serviced no where else. I tell everyone how they treat you like family. Explain all repairs being done and how prompt they are. Always answer any questions and never push work that is not needed.

"Oil Change "

9/6/19 went in for an oil change, car wash, vacuum and license plate adjustment. Took 2 hours made me late for my appointment and left with just an oil change no other services were performed. That service department was so chaotic wondering if it is worth going back for service.
