This visit was very disappointing. It started with not being greeted. I was out of my vehicle before even being acknowledged and it was not busy. My advisor was horrible. He was very pushy and trying to sell me all sorts of things and plans and we can get your vehicle in today for brakes. I told him I was not interested and he kept going on and saying I never got to explain the plan. I had a busy schedule after the oil change and he was making me extremely irritated and keeping me there longer. It already had been an hour and a half and then having him being pushy like that. And there was a discount for the work I had done and the advisor didn’t even say anything. I had to mention it and his comment was oh I don’t know how much off it is. I knew because I had received the emails. I left feeling very angry. My previous advisors were excellent and went over the inspection and said what needed to be done and to get with them when the time came to service it. I didn’t get the dumb female push you into buying stuff or getting services done. And they gave the discounts when I wasn’t even expecting them. I always have been greeted immediately even when it was busy. I will still come here for my service but do not want to have that advisor again. People like to come and get the work done and be on there way and be treated with respect. Thumbs down to my advisor all the way and the gal who was greeting that day. More

Not sure why an oil change takes 2 hours. Had an appointment and everything. The service plan wasn’t showing up so they had to try to get that fixed.
