I came in for a service check which resulted in the fact that I had a bad battery. Considering I had just bought the vehicle from the dealership two months prior, I was not happy about it. Rob Gale had exce that I had a bad battery. Considering I had just bought the vehicle from the dealership two months prior, I was not happy about it. Rob Gale had excellent customer service and made it a priority that it be replaced at no charge and apologized for the inconvenience.
