Wish my car would have been dried off after the wash and interior vacuumed. This is my first service here and at past service visits at other dealers this just seemed to be a basic part of the service visit interior vacuumed. We just purchased our 5th new Toyota from Rick Knettel at St. Cloud Toyota. We do not live in the St. Cloud area, so it is a bit of a drive for us, but well worth it. Rick is an excellent salesperson who will give you an honest deal at a great price with outstanding customer service. We switched to buying Toyotas a few years ago, due to safety, resale value, included service and reliability. If you are considering buying a new or used Toyota, I highly recommend contacting Rick. Great service as usual. I came in for an oil change which includes a multi-point inspection. The Service Advisor reviewed the inspection, suggested a couple of minor service items, and offered a complimentar includes a multi-point inspection. I drive a humble Yaris (which I love and would recommend) and they treat me like I’m driving a luxury vehicle. More
