Let me start by saying it was not Marvins fault! I am not blaming any one person but there was a definite breakdown in communication. I started looking at getting my truck serviced for its 6M/5000mi. I wasn't sure where to start so I contacted the rep who sold it to me. I asked about a tonneau cover also. He stated they have those on hand and gave me a installed price. He must have given service my info as they called me. I set up an appointment through Tara and I also asked about the tonneau cover. I had it setup for 27 Nov, as I had taken that day off of work and it is a 2 1/2 hour drive. When I got there I talked with Marvin and gave him my slip. After a while he called me and said "we still owe you a remote start and running boards". I told him that was taken care of before I picked it up. I then asked a few questions about my remote start and he said, that is not the one I would have recommended, but yet that is the one the sales person had??? Anyway, he did research and there is no way to get it to do what the book I got with it says it should do. Later, he called me back and said the service was done but there is no tonneau cover and they are back ordered! So I drove 2 1/2 hours to have my tires rotated? ( I know and to keep up the warranty ) Also, I know you don't have time to detail every vehicle that comes in, but they signed off the drivers side floor mat and it is still full of gravel. Maybe just some little perks when a vehicle comes in, maybe vacuum and do the windows? I don't think that is too much to ask, and Toyota is paying you to do the warranty service. Ok, enough complaining. The people are very friendly, I just think you could do better on service after the sale. More

Jordon (the internet sales manager), who didn't get any credit for the purchase of our RAV4, was excellent. He was very up front and easy to communicate with. Followed up with us and made sure that our sales experience went smoothly. Also, a big shout out to the finance person, Mitch, who explained everything very well. We were quite impressed. The only things we thought left room for improvement was the very long wait time in getting the transaction completed (probably due to Black Friday sales activity) and the lack of any refreshments offered (none were offered). Other dealerships offer bottled water, coffee, etc. St. Cloud Toyota needs to update its showroom and offerings to its customers. We hope you take these suggestions seriously as it would improve the buying experience. More
