I made at appointment online with a follow up call to Tara, giving her all my issues. She assured me they would look at all of these. When I dropped off my car I was asked what the reason for visit was. Caught off guard I only mentioned the wipers. Do not the notes follow my service request. When I did check out Dan said they did not check Fuel estimator or speedometer because not on his list. More

The service dept needs HELP! We agreed upon with the sale of our suburban that your dealership would, do a tranny flush, do an alignment, and check the tires. On the way home I noticed that the ride wa sale of our suburban that your dealership would, do a tranny flush, do an alignment, and check the tires. On the way home I noticed that the ride was terrible and that something was wrong, but I couldn't turn around cause I had to go and pick up my kids from daycare. After driving home 1.5 hrs that something was wrong from when we test drove it. Had my husband check it out and he called and talked to Mick. My husband requested the service records and turn out the front shocks were leaking and it had been noted back in Sept when they did the inspection but not told to us when we were buying it. We now have an agreement with Mick to have the work done at our local dealer and Toyota will be paying for it all. I was just disappointed that we drove all that way to buy a vehical for the 1st time. Kendra was our salesperson and she did a xxxx good job for only doing this the last couple of months! She been in contact with us since this whole thing started and checking in on us to make sure things are getting handled, now that is customer service! But you know in the end I felt bad for her cause she was doing her job and in the end the service dept failed her and us. Mick has been good to talking to my husband and working through things. I hope there will be some changes for future customers so other dont have that. More
