The car experience was SO RUSHED! We never had a single person of contact and were shuffled around, asked "like it? sign here" absolutely horrible rushed communication. I would rate the people we worked (poorly) with if I could even remember what they looked like or what their names were, the only person there who seemed to actually be enjoying their job was the receptionist. All follow up appointments for covered oil changes etc were met with just as much derision and poor attitude. We asked simple questions on why our car does certain things, when another car of ours (a different brand) does not, and told "that's just how it is, they must have cut a wire and are bypassing things." yeah, cause a brand new car from a branded dealership is going to bypass things and sell it as new. Its ridiculous! I told my parents we bought a new Toyota (my mother has always loved Toyota) and they immediately asked what dealership we went to, and when we said St.Cloud they both rolled their eyes and said "that's the worst one!" I'm glad others had good experiences, but it was not the case with my husband and I. It's our first Toyota, and it will be our last. More

I brought my prius into Carlson Toyota for oil change and I had a check engine light on. I haven't had a check engine light before so I was concerned. They helped me and didn't charge me the full price whi I had a check engine light on. I haven't had a check engine light before so I was concerned. Toyota Service Center in Waite Park was excellent. I chose not to wait in the lobby due to covid concerns so was able to go for a walk, receive a text when my vehicle was ready, and return to pick up ke chose not to wait in the lobby due to covid concerns so was able to go for a walk, receive a text when my vehicle was ready, and return to pick up keys & paperwork in a transaction of less than a minute.
