Mr. Jeff Pagel is as always very helpful, friendly, professional, efficient, polite, patient and great attention to details! I bought many news cars and Jeff Pagel one of best salesman from my experience. He went above and beyond to make sure i was very happy with my purchase and he reviewed every feature of my new vehicle with me and answered all my questions. Sales Manager Mick Henkemeyer and Finance Manager Ethan Kleinschmidt always make it possible that I get value price and promotion financing, Service Advisor Dan Pope and Service Manager Ben Becker always do great job to get vehicle ready and answer all questions about schedule service for vehicle. The worst experience ever. Toyota doesn’t stand behind its engines. $9000 repair for 3 year old car. Wouldn’t work with us for payment. We are struggling family and would have regular income in a month bu its engines. $9000 repair for 3 year old car. Wouldn’t work with us for payment. We are struggling family and would have regular income in a month but they weren’t willing to work with us at all. Toyota shouldn’t have engines that go bad within 3 years. I called the owner and he didn’t have the decency to even call me back. You guys lost a customer forever and I will spread the word to all my family and friends to never buy from Toyota. More
