The shuttle didn’t pick me up after work Someone dropped the ball, I was crying and so upset. 35 minutes late! I had to make 4 phone calls to get a ride to Toyota. I did my 5k service, and then got engine check light on. ended up spending 800plus for part replacement. We brought my daughter's Rav4 in to get the driver's front wheel bearing replaced. On her way back out to Montana, she was getting the AWD warning light, followed by the ABS warning light and others. front wheel bearing replaced. On her way back out to Montana, she was getting the AWD warning light, followed by the ABS warning light and others. She also said the vehicle was making grinding noises during parking lot maneuvering (tight turns). Toyota dealership in Bozeman said that the wheel bearing was not installed properly and had to redo the work. The only silver lining is that they redid the work at no charge to us. More

Overall good experience, however, did not like the slightly shady process with Finance Manager. I was told a particular price for a particular mileage (12k) which was higher than I expected. I spoke up to see whether I could have a cheaper price for 10k miles, they said it was a mistake and just bumped down my miles to 10k. If I hadn't spoken up I would have ended up with more mileage and they talked behind a glassdoor (probably to makeup whatever story they were going to give me to increase their margin)...did not appreciate that More
