Done in an hour. Now if they had just reinstalled the glove box after checking the cabin filter, it would have been a 5 star experience! More

I had my RAV 4 in for routine maintenance. I was told that I should replace the cabin filter. He said that they were out of stock on the replacement filter. When I got home I noticed that the glovebox that I should replace the cabin filter. He said that they were out of stock on the replacement filter.
