The problem with this is that it ends up selling questionably needed services to women and people not familiar with their auto. The service writers are usually rated by sales, which tends to them being overzealous salesmen. Your good reputation won't last long if you get to be known around town as the people who screwed Grandma out of her Social Security check. These people need to be closely monitored. More
