I wanted to have my brakes reviewed, but I just installed new snow tires and I didn't need to have the tires rotated. He saw to it that my brakes were analyzed even though a tire rotation wasn't necessary. Also, he was very friendly, welcoming, and engaging the minute I hit the garage. I thought of his great service on the way home and that I was going to acknowledge him. Thanks for this opportunity. More

Service done quickly. I was late to my appointment but they still kept me on time for my next appointment. I went back to the service center but they suggested I make another appointment. I do not know the names of either of the service techs I talked with. They were average/as expected in doing service. Expected an oil change but they stated it is only due at 10,000 miles. Rotated the tires. Did the service check points. More

2 1/2 hours sitting in the lobby waiting for an oil change. I sat there 2 1/2 hours sitting in the lobby waiting for an oil change. That is unacceptable. There were 4 lights replaced. Van cable recall Completed the recall and replaced the sliding door cable. Broke the side cover for the cable which flew off as I drove away. Excellent service personnel I want to thank Ben, especially, for listening to me about the rattle in my car. He sent a service man out to our home so that the rattle could be he I want to thank Ben, especially, for listening to me about the rattle in my car. He sent a service man out to our home so that the rattle could be heard on the icy, bumpy roads in our area and while the car was still cold. I had brought it in a couple times and of course, it would not rattle then because it had warmed by that time. He told me there was a TSB about that rattle and they got it fixed. My car was returned to me cleaned and no more rattling. After 3 long years, it appears to finally be corrected. Thank you Ben! More
