Dan was very helpful by answering my questions. The maintenance on my vehicle was done quickly. REVIEW WE'VE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE SLIDING DOOR ON OUR SIENNA. WE'VE EXPLAINED THE ISSUE 3 TIMES NOW. HOWEVER, IT HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED BECAUSE THE ISSUE NEVE WE'VE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE SLIDING DOOR ON OUR SIENNA. WE'VE EXPLAINED THE ISSUE 3 TIMES NOW. HOWEVER, IT HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED BECAUSE THE ISSUE NEVER OCCURS FOR THE TECHNICIANS WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN FOR SERVICE. THIS IS ABSURD! ONE OF OUR KIDS IS GOING TO GET PINNED BY THE DOOR AS A RESULT OF THIS UNRESOLVED ISSUE SOONER OR LATER. TOYOTA NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX THE ISSUE WITHOUT THE ISSUE ACTUALLY HAPPENING WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN FOR SERVICE!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING.
