Amazing Team to Work With I was in line for a new Toyota and I had an exact one in mind. I went through true car and of all the dealerships that contacted me, St. Cloud Toyota I was in line for a new Toyota and I had an exact one in mind. I went through true car and of all the dealerships that contacted me, St. Cloud Toyota was the only one who said we do not have that exact car you are looking for but we can get it for you within a couple days. The only downside that I would say, is this was a present for my wife for Christmas. I noticed there were a lot of fancy bows on cars and I had asked for one to put on my car. You would think after spending $25K they would throw one in for you. More

Didn’t wash my vehicle.....Chevy always did. I made the big mistake of buying a Toyota instead of another Chevy Traverse. Had to go to have serviced at 5000 miles because they want to rotate my tires. Actually had the maintenance needed soon light on the dash lit up because of a tire rotation. Then to top it off, they couldn’t even run it through the car wash. Every Chevy garage I’ve ever bought/serviced cars at has always washed my vehicle once done., I’m stuck for 3 years and then Toyota will be nothing but a bad memory. More

Best Customer Service I've always had my RAV4 serviced by Toyota, and St. Cloud Toyota does it better than anyone. I brought my RAV4 in for an oil change and asked about c I've always had my RAV4 serviced by Toyota, and St. Cloud Toyota does it better than anyone. I brought my RAV4 in for an oil change and asked about checking the heater. They recommended a full coolant flush and also caught a problem with the rear brakes with their standard multi-point checkup. Rob (Gable) was great in communicating what my car needed and what the costs would be, calling me three times to ensure we were on the same page. I left there with new brakes, a heater that works and a checkup telling me everything else looked good. On the way home I had three deer jump out of the ditch in front of me and I very happily had really good brakes which prevented an accident. And did I mention, my RAV4 just turned over 199,000 miles this past week. It's service from St. Cloud Toyota that keeps it on the road! More
