poor service I had my Toyota vehicle in for a service and never heard anything from them when it was done. I called multiple phone numbers to try and contact Servi I had my Toyota vehicle in for a service and never heard anything from them when it was done. I called multiple phone numbers to try and contact Service and either got cut off or put in someone's voicemail. When I did contact a service provider, they told me they had left a message on the phone # on the account in the morning but then told me it was finished about 25 minutes ago but I called hours later. How could they call in the morning if the service wasn't finished until the afternoon? And the phone # was an old one and not one of the phone numbers I left to be contacted on. As I started driving down the road, the hood wasn't latched properly, so I had to pull over in rush hour traffic and secure the hood. Not sure who the tech was that performed the service. More
