Tony was very proactive and when we showed up, on apparently one of the busiest sales days, made it work. This started from the moment I walked in Dan went above and beyond to ensure not only were we informed of the process, but comfortable along the way. This started from the moment I walked in the door arranging a shuttle and that there was some coffee available. What happens next is 2 weeks of Toyota standing up for our interest (all State insurance was being a pain), providing a loaner vehicle, communication status changes, help letting the insurance moving forward and flexible scheduling around holidays to get the vehicle back. She was very friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. I had done some research prior to visiting the store and knew exactly what I was interested in. Makayla helped me to find what available options I had (2019 vs 2020 models) in the Tacoma I was looking to buy. She was able to take me on a test drive in a 2020 Tacoma that had almost everything I was looking for (they did not have a manual transmission with leather interior on site). She discussed many of the features and options I could choose from and together we were able to find the Tacoma that I wanted. She was personable and talked with me about everyday things as well as about the truck. I never felt pressured to get into something I wasn't looking to get. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Makayla and St. Cloud Toyota sales to anyone. More
