Oil Change They never reset the computer so the maintenance light is still on for needed maintenance after oil change. When my wife called back they said...oh th They never reset the computer so the maintenance light is still on for needed maintenance after oil change. When my wife called back they said...oh the guys are very busy, you will have to bring it back to have them hook it to the computer to reset. We live 45 minutes away and seldom go to St. Cloud, especially during business hours. Pain in the butt. More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I knew I wanted a Toyota Tundra and had been looking for a month when I came across one I really liked at ST Cloud Toyota. In the last month I had talked to different salesmen at other dealerships that were so pushy or obnoxious it about made me sick. As I walked into ST Cloud Toyota dealership I met Rick Knettel. I introduced myself to Rick and told him what I was looking at and while we walked outside to look at the vehicle we talked about where I was from and where we each grew up ect. After the test drive we went to his office and agreed on the price. While doing the necessary paperwork Rick and I continued to talk about things that you normally would when building a new relationship. The entire process took less then one hour, it was so simple and easy. Im 52 years old and I have never met a salesman as genuine as Rick K, super nice guy. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Rick as ST Could T. More

Overall Good Service With One Apparent Oops Took my 2014 Camry in for an oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation. The work was done quickly and in a reasonable amount of time as u Took my 2014 Camry in for an oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation. The work was done quickly and in a reasonable amount of time as usual. When I got up to go to work the next morning my low tire pressure warning light was on, but they looked OK and I didn't have time to check the pressures, and since I only have a two mile drive to work I figured it would be OK. Got home from work and checked the tire pressures and all four tires were at 28psi. Since I just had the tires rotated and checked the day before, all I can guess is that for some reason whoever checked the tires thought that they were supposed to be at 28 psi instead of the 33psi specified for my car. Or their tire pressure gauge is way off. Whichever, I filled them up to 33psi and the light went out and all is now well. Not a real big deal, but a little disappointing since I never had any issues with them previously. More

Bad Experience We had to reschedule our finance appointment. When we showed up for the new time, we had to wait over 90 minutes to meet with our "closer". During our waiting, we were not shown any controls or functions on our new vehicle nor offered any information about the vehicle. When we were given delivery, there were several items in the vehicle that should have been removed during the prep. St. Cloud Toyota is not considerate of its customers. That's why we won't return. More
