service rep very helpful Over all I was happy but I do have some questions. I called for a quote on oil change and tire rotation. Although the quote was honored it felt uncomfortable. To be clear the young man helping me was great. After arriving home I realize that the tire rotation was not done. "The customer requests the tires be rotated and the brakes be checked, Inspect tire condition and tire pressures.*ROTATION WAS NOT NEEDED DUE TO BETTER TIRES WHERE ALREADY ON THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE * It has been the recommendation of Toyota in the past to have tires rotated every 5,000 miles.
