One of the things that I really appreciate, is how Ben fixes the most urgent things on the vehicle first. He also still provides me with a list of the other things that still will eventually need repairing in the future, and about how long I have to get these other areas taken care of. Ben does this so I am able to financially plan, because he knows that I on an extremely tight budget. Because I trust Ben, I WILL eventually get all of these other areas fixed too, at Toyota. More
