I found an internet ad for a used Jeep at St. Cloud Toyota, so--on a Sunday--I sent an inquiry email. That night, just before the Vikes game started, I got an actual call from the dealership manager! He was very kind, helpful, and practical. He helped me set up a short-notice 200 mile drive to check out the Jeep, which he held for me as a courtesy. His sales staff were very helpful, and the manager himself was there to greet and welcome me, even though he normally worked at another location. The dealership gave me a significant bargain; and they also delivered the Jeep 200 miles, free of charge. They won my heart and my trust.
