Ugh! Another awful experience! I just wanted them to check my tires but they ended up doing a tire rotation and then never called me to say they were done!! I dropped off at 10:30a when no one called, w check my tires but they ended up doing a tire rotation and then never called me to say they were done!! I dropped off at 10:30a when no one called, we called at 5 so we could come get before close. The person we talked to had no idea if vehicle was even looked at and said would call right back. Never called back! I had to go all night without a vehile and find different transportation to get my kids to school in the morning. Still later no one called! When we called of course was done, no one knew why I never got a call! Again, very disappointing! More

Came in for an oil change and left with my car also ready for another Minnesota winter and washed to boot. Service was done in a very timely manner.
