Every time I bring my vehicle in they say they are going to give it a complimentary car wash. Every time I can clearly see that my vehicle has not had a car wash! Last time they told me my tires were in g to give it a complimentary car wash. Every time I can clearly see that my vehicle has not had a car wash! Alot of the service dept are snotty and rude. Obviously not the technicians...as I don't get to see them . But the person who meets u at the car and some of the guys when u check out to pay. And the price not the technicians...as I don't get to see them . But the person who meets u at the car and some of the guys when u check out to pay. And the prices are completely absurd. I looked up the price of my battery . ! Omg the installation fee and the battery were twice what a regular mechanic would charge. More
