St Cloud Toyota - Service Center

I always have great service when I bring my car in for any kind of inspection. I sometimes don't like the wait time that occurs. I understand that things happen but when you have a wait time of almost 2 any kind of inspection. I sometimes don't like the wait time that occurs. I appreciate that you do keep me posted on what is being done with my vehicle. For the most part, I believe you have a great product and will continue to drive a Toyota. More

Our sales guy, Kyle, did a great job and no pressure and very helpful. We had good negotiations with Kyle and the Finance guy , Nate, and came up with a fair deal for us both. Shermeta and the whole team at St Cloud Toyota were excellent, they got me in, rented a vehicle to me got me back on the road and fixed my vehicle very quickly. I was back on my journey, w the rented vehicle, maybe something like an hour or hour and a half once my the vehicle was brought in by a 3rd party. Pretty good considering I was broke down on the interstate on a Monday afternoon. I picked my vehicle up 3 days later. Kudos to the whole team but particularly to the Service and Parts departments.... as well as whoever it was in management that followed up on insurance. Pretty seamless for me. I appreciate it. More
