Excellent service for our oil change! We purchased this vehicle from my son two years ago and I had never brought it in for service before this appointment. I had to laugh at myself because I am on crutches so I parked in the front of your building to go inside and find out where I should park the car. Your front desk clerk was very friendly and saved me a lot of steps by having me go into the service area from the showroom door. I think I surprised Dan by coming in that door but he was very courteous and friendly and helped me find my way around there. I felt kind of silly because I honestly did get turned around. Kendra was also very kind and took time to show me vehicles that would work for me with my disability. If we choose a Toyota for our new vehicle next year, we will definitely be back to visit with her. She was excellent! More
