good service with one complaint. I have a little problem picking up my car after I get the call that it's ready. I ask people at the dealership where to pick it up and they tell me to check with any servic picking up my car after I get the call that it's ready. I ask people at the dealership where to pick it up and they tell me to check with any service rep. So I pick one and ask. The reps have been a bit rude when I ask them. One told me to go away because he was on the phone, one demanded the name of my service rep but I had no idea who it was. Someone else heard that and then helped me find my rep, Dan Pope. This happened both times I've had the car serviced there. So when I get the call that the car is done, instead of just, this is Dan, your car is done, I'd like to hear, "this is "Full Name", your car is done, just ask for me when you pick it up" Kind of a nitpick, but I'm sick of the projected annoyance when I ask the wrong guy. More
