After the coating was put on my car the window were super streaky I had to clean them twice and they still look a little streaky. I brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile oil change. Two other things needed to be looked at. They basically told me I was imagining it and that nothing was wrong. This is my 4th highlander (probably last) and the road noise on a non-windy day is unacceptable. I've lived with it for 20,000 miles and I'm tired of it. Passengers unsolicited are telling me it is so loud in my $45,000 vehicle. The seals around the doors are defective. Supposedly a tech took it for a drive and said there was nothing wrong. I asked that the manager take it for a drive as it was a calm day yesterday and it would have been a perfect day to prove to them it is unacceptably noisy. I asked the tech what I do now to get this fixed and they gave me no solution. What good does another appointment do? What if it is a windy day and it's noisy with the wind? Should I call Toyota? What are they going to do? I've been a very loyal Toyota customer and I at a loss as to what to do. I want new door seals to stop the road noise. More

For a FULL Service Dealership, I was surprised there was NO Courtesy Car Wash after my Vehicle was serviced. Technician removed protective paper floor mat, but floor was NOT vacuumed. The Technician also l NO Courtesy Car Wash after my Vehicle was serviced. Technician removed protective paper floor mat, but floor was NOT vacuumed. The Technician also left battery acid residue on front headlight and fender. No battery terminal protectant was applied before cables where reattached to battery. It is the "little attention to details" that show TRUE Customer Appreciation to the individuals who bring their vehicles in to be serviced. The above mentioned items are things a proactive Service Manager might want to think about. More
