Vehicle treated like a jungle gym While Dan is a phenomenal employee to work with and has always been kind when I come to Toyota, I must say I am not sure that my vehicle is treated th While Dan is a phenomenal employee to work with and has always been kind when I come to Toyota, I must say I am not sure that my vehicle is treated the best while in the care of the service members. I had walked next door to do some shopping while my vehicle was being worked on and upon walking back, I saw my vehicle was done and there were two employees next my vehicle in addition to the driver. The three employees were outside of the service center chatting while simply sitting/hanging around my vehicle. The one employee was leaning on my vehicle and the other one was hanging onto the roof rails and swinging himself towards and then away from my vehicle. It seems he thought the roof rails were xxxxxx bars from a jungle gym or something. Honestly, this is not how customers vehicles should be treated. If the service members want to hang on their own vehicles, by all means, that is their choice. But when it comes to my vehicle, we prefer it is not hung on. I give two stars today for the service and not one because Dan said he would talk with these gentleman about this situation and I appreciate that. More

During fueling the gas pump (on low flow) clicks off well before the tank is full. When trying to put more gas in the gas will subsequently overflow! More

That was much better! Last visit with my wife’s Rav 4 we arrived on time.it was the first inspection. We sat there for an hour and 30 minutes. She doesn’t like to make a fu Last visit with my wife’s Rav 4 we arrived on time.it was the first inspection. We sat there for an hour and 30 minutes. She doesn’t like to make a fuss but I got up and asked what the progress was. Turns out they forgot to write up the work order. 15 minutes later it was done. This visit went much better. Done in an hour. Now if they had just reinstalled the glove box after checking the cabin filter, it would have been a 5 star experience! More

Fair to deal with I have been servicing my Prius vehicles with St. Cloud Toyota for over 10 years and they have been very fair to work with. They have done oil changes I have been servicing my Prius vehicles with St. Cloud Toyota for over 10 years and they have been very fair to work with. They have done oil changes, rotated tires and complete vehicle inspections on my vehicles. When they see something that needs fixing they make the customer aware of the problem. It is at that point up to the customer to have it fixed or decline the service. That is the fair way for a dealership to treat a customer upfront and honest. That is much appreciated in today's dishonest world. St. Cloud Toyota has been wonderful to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone. More
