St Cloud Toyota - Service Center

First I had to wait 3 weeks for an appt for a 20,000 check up (note: the last check up I was told they couldn’t do the recall because they didn’t have the right tech there… but I had specifically called check up (note: the last check up I was told they couldn’t do the recall because they didn’t have the right tech there… but I had specifically called for the recall…). When I arrived at 9am I was told It would be 3 hours to do a tire rotation, oil change and the recall (recall was 1 hour). In the 2.5 hours it ended up taking I watched 4 different people come in without appts and leave before me. Why should I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get an appt, be stuck there for 2-3 hours while they allow people to just “stop in” and are helped immediately More

Th battery on my Prius died after 12 years of use. St. Cloud Toyota fit me into their schedule and replaced it with a new battery. The customer service is great! Overall experience was ok except for the fact we just noticed 2 big dents on top the vehicle.
