Relatively quick to get an appointment considering the average wait time elsewhere. Didn’t have to wait once I got there, service completed in exact time frame given. We were very pleased with recent service on our 2018 Highlander after our car was vandalized (our catalytic converter was cut out). Parts were on backorder and the dealer gave us a loaner car to help u Highlander after our car was vandalized (our catalytic converter was cut out). I’ve been very happy with my transition from a full sized Chevy to my new 2022 Tacoma. However I did have a not so good experience with the shuttle service. I was apparently forgotten at the designated pick up time. 45 minutes late to be exact. Also, I was asked if I’d be interested in a courtesy wash of which I did not get.. also forgotten. But it did make me question the service departments ability to maintain a quality service. Love my truck but service does become a factor as part of the long term relations and the brand loyalty I’ll keep when it’s time to upgrade… again. This is my second new Toyota purchase.. Will there be more? That all falls on the service departments ability to earn my confidence. More
