One time Dan pope gave my car back with the mirror broken; then glued it back on. I can't even adjust the drivers side mirror now. Alem quoted $427; for pads and resurfacing the rotors. They had a $199 special; 271 for resurfacing of the rotors (no coupon needed) that he failed to honor. He then said the job was complete for 241; once he found out I was using a coupon; he became so upset and increased the price to 341. Ben the director or service manager; than failed to take the blame for alems actions (that's always the manager job); tried placating me as if he were doing me a favor, and offered it for $289. After 20 minutes in his office; i was bored and tired of talking, so I left. Often times Alex is always there somewhere; he triples the prices and I'm tired of working around him. They failed to quote after market, genuine new and refurbished, or used Toyota part prices in the quotes. They never have the rental fleet available, they are supposed to offer a rental with every repair. Yesterday Alem never completed a complete diagnostic; and Trent gave my vehicle back needing cvc joints which it definitely didn't when took it in for repair. More
